Simply Do Construction has been providing quality construction solutions to our clients since 2012 with a focus on mass-housing, residential homes, residential developments and purpose-built superstructures. We serve clients primarily in the Western Cape and Eastern Cape.
We believe that every South African deserves the opportunity to own a home. Our work supports this vision by providing a wide range of construction related services to our clients, utilising innovative and cost-effective methods for the development of sustainable human settlements.

Simply Do Construction is a registered supplier on the National Government’s central supplier database.
SDC is a certified Level 3 Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment contributor and has 110% B-BBEE procurement recognition. We endeavour to meet and sustain our Employment Equity Goals by actively involving historically disadvantage d individuals in our operations.
We strive to empower the next generation of construction professionals by providing opport unities to young previously disadvantaged contractors. This enables young contractors to gain valuable experience and to expand their entrepreneurial ventures.

Our professional team has vast experience spanning in excess of 30 years in the construction industry. In addition to our management team, we have a dedicated in-house staff component with vast experience in all facets of the construction industry. Our diligent supply chain management ensures we are highly competitive and can pass these savings on to our clients.
We have excellent relationships with highly skilled construction professionals, architects, engineers and sub-contractors spanning all trades in the industry, which means we are able to draw on a pool of resources to troubleshoot and solve any potential challenge.
We are a construction service provider holding all necessary industry accreditation including the NHBRC and Government’s Central Supplier Database, in addition to our 7GB and 7CE gradings by the Construction Industry Development Board (CSID).
