Our Private Housing Division specialise in assisting individuals and corporate clients to construct medium- to high end homes. In close consultation with our clients, SDC can oversee the design, management and construction of the home-building process, from conception to completion.

We construct large purpose-built superstructures for our clients ranging from schools and colleges to Fire Stations and public transport hubs.
